Read below for a preview of tonight’s match and receive the latest odds and betting tips for Valencia vs Manchester United.

The Spanish club surprisingly leads the Primera Division after five rounds in front of Real Madrid and FC Barcelona. Their fantastic start seems even more impressive, considering key players have left the club. During the summer David Silva joined Manchester City, while star striker David Villa was sold to FC Barcelona.

Most experts predicted somewhat mediocre season for Valencia, but their fourth victory this season against Sporting Gijon saw them jump into first place in La Liga. Especially David Villa’s replacement has proven more than capable up front and Roberto Soldado also secured the three points in their latest game.

The success so far was transferred to the Champions League in their first match, where they won 4-0 against Bursaspor to lead the group.

Manchester United

Man Utd is currently second after six games in the Premier League this season, but is three points behind defending champions from Chelsea. Although not a horrible start, their results has been disappointing with three wins and three draws so far. Especially away, they have been struggling and have conceded a lot of goals.

In their recent game against Bolton, they managed a 2-2 draw after being down two times during match, and were saved by Michael Owen late in the second half.

Their Champions League campaign did not get off to a good start either. Home at Old Trafford they played 0-0 against Rangers in an uninspiring match, where Antonio Valencia’s horrific injury was the overshadowing highlight. In addition they must play without several key players with Ryan Giggs, Antonio Valencia, Rio Ferdinand and Wayne Rooney out.

Betting Tip and Prediction

This is Valencia and Manchester United’s first encounter in almost ten years and so far their record is equal after six fixtures. In the previous fixtures four matches ended in a draw, while both teams have a single win with Manchester United winning their last match 3-0. This said, Manchester United have been struggling away from home this season and are up against a sparkling Valencia team. This could turn out to be a very tight match and our prediction will be another draw between the sides with one goal for each.

Betting Tip – A draw
